- To use as heat pack place in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
- Or pop in the freezer for a refreshing cool pack.

- Do not overcook your wheat bag and if it develops a burnt smell do not use.
- Use a damp cloth to spot clean your wheat bag. Make sure wheat bag is dry before storing away.
